use the 'shop' page on the main navigation menu to discover products. products can be filtered by colour, size and style.
once you have found item(s) you wish to purchase, select your size, colour choice and click "add to cart" button.
to review the items in your cart, click "my cart" located in the top right hand corner.

 

do i need to set up an account to place an order?

please feel free to browse through and shop with alibi. without creating an account. however, we do recommend to create one to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
to create an account, simply click the icon of a person on the top right hand corner.

 

which size do i choose?

please refer to the size guide provided when purchasing. however, if you are unsure, the alibi. team is happy to advise on questions regarding sizing and fit via the chat box or by filling out the contact us form.

 

are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

while every effort has been taken to accurately display the exact shades of alibi. products on the website, we cannot guarantee that every monitor will display the exact shade accurately, as screens of electronic devices often vary.

 

is my personal information secure?

please be assured that your personal data is secure and kept confidential. we will at no point share your details with a third party.
when processing your order online, we will require a billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date and card security code. if necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

what payment methods does alibi. accept?

we accept visa, mastercard, american express, and apple pay. your personal online security is important to us. all payments are processed through a secure gateway, stripe, with ssl encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal data. if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

 

how do i track my order?

after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. once your order has been dispatched, you will receve an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. 

 

can i change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

after dispatching your order, we are unable to redirect to another address.

 

How will you be shipping my order? 

Please allow a lead time of 2-3 days to ship from our warehouse.

Hong Kong Shipping

FREE STANDARD – shipping by local post will take an estimated 4-6 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – shipping using a local courier will cost HKD$50 will take around 3-4 business days.

International Shipping

STANDARD SHIPPING via EMS has an estimated arrival time within 10-14 days*, with a minimum charge of USD$25.

*subject to cargo availability, due to COVID-19 interferences.

 

What are the fees involved for duties and taxes?

These will differ per shipment – each customer is responsible for their own duties and taxes.

 

what is your return/refund policy?

once the tags have been removed from the items, they will become non-refundable.  exchange items are only accepted if they are damaged products.
our policy spans 30 days, therefore, returns beyond this point will not be eligible for return or exchange. all items must be returned in an unused condition to be eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
to complete the return, please contact us with proof of purchase, details of the issue and receipt. once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10-15 working days.
should you not have received a notification of your refund, please contact us.
should you have received notification of your refund and not received the returned funds within the 15 working day time frame, we suggest contacting your card company and bank to check on processing times 
sale items will not be refunded. shipping costs are not refundable.

in regards to gifting, should your product be unsuitable, please kindly return the item in it’s original form, with receipt, so that we may re-process the gift certificate for a refund.
